Thank you for visiting our website. In October 2021, four friends from Hanoi University of Science and Technology founded THEINFITECH.

The 4 founders all have experience working for Japanese companies after graduating from university, where they gained specialized knowledge in IT, management skills, as well as a deep understanding of professional work ethics and Japanese culture.

We are well aware of the current labor shortage issue in Japan. Therefore, we founded THEINFITECH Co., Ltd. to provide solutions to address this problem.

Based on our experience in Japanese companies, we have realized that by providing a good environment, individuals from Vietnam can quickly and effectively solve problems by understanding Japanese culture and background.

THEINFITECH has a mission of “Growing your business with our technology”, aiming to become an invaluable business partner for our clients by leveraging our passion, knowledge, and experience.

We aspire to provide the best environment where the next generation of Vietnamese talent can thrive and excel.
